An F&I Sales Leader structures Bruckner equipment deals for clients with a credit history that is acceptable to Bruckner’s and Bruckner’s finance partner’s guidelines. The goal is for Bruckner’s customers to meet these specified guidelines and our dealerships policies, resulting in quick funding, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The F&I Sales Leader will attempt to obtain appropriate financing for our customers and then “up-sell” potential opportunities for additional warranty coverage and various insurance opportunities. |

He/ She will complete diagnosis of any mechanical, electrical, or other breakdown, or failure of a motor truck or its related equipment.Performs disassembly, overhaul, repair, and reassembly of truck engines, transmissions, carrier assemblies, clutches, brakes, electrical systems, and any other motor truck or related equipment overhaul, adjustment, or repairs.Is able to understand the function of the fuel system and do minor repairs to the same. |

He/ she is responsible for filling parts orders over phone or over the counter. Will advise customers of needed parts according to description or malfunction. Needs to be able to operate a forklift. Also perform duties necessary for the smooth operation of the parts department. |
